NEW SUDIMA HOTEL FOR QUEENSTOWN

Works started on the 120-room Sudima Queenstown hotel on a
landmark site at the entrance to Franktons Five Mile shopping centre,
off State Highway 6.
Designed by local firm JCY Architects, the four-storey buildings being
built by Naylor Love for Five Mile developer Clearmont Group.
Clearmont director Craig Greenwood says theyre delighted ground
works under way after more than four years of planning.
The 4.5-star hotel will have a restaurant and bar, four meeting and
conference rooms, and 2700 square metres of ground-floor retail space.

Opening is slated for the 2021-22 summer.
Sudima Hotels, which is owned by Auckland entrepreneur and property
investor Sudesh Jhunjhnuwala, already operates four hotels in New
Zealand, and plans to open two more, in Auckland and Kaikoura, next
summer.
