MILLBROOK VILLAGE REDEVELOPMENT NEAR QUEENSTOWN

Part of the village centre at Arrowtowns Millbrook Resort is about to be
redeveloped.
In whats understood to be a $4 million project, the forecourt entry and
golf cart areas will be upgraded.
Two new buildings to house carts will be built on the current practice
green, which will be relocated along with the first tee block.
The work also involves new plantings, paving and stone walls.
Its expected work will start soon and be completed by spring.
The upgrades the first stage of whats expected to be a full
redevelopment of Millbrooks village centre to cope with increasing
numbers of members and visitors.
The village centre, including food and beverage facilities, dates back to
the early 90s when the golf course resort was originally developed.
